The Widmer family acquired the vineyard in Maremma in 1998. Since then, Barbara has taken it on as her personal project and developed it further – even dedicating her final thesis in oenology to it. Since then, we have been cultivating our best coastal vineyards here, with a special focus on international grape varieties that produce on these soils elegant wines with velvety tannins.<\/p>\n
