\u00a0Our Spumante Metodo Classico is the product of hand-picked grapes from Trentino and the precious collaboration with the Gaierhof winery.<\/p>\n
Stella is characterized by an elegant bouquet, with delicate aromas of bread and almond notes, typical of the classic method. To the palate this brut sparkling wine is delicate and vibrant, with a fine and persistent perlage.<\/p>\n
Before the disgorgement, the wine is aged on the lees for at least 24 months. Stella’s sparkling wine base is made from 100% Chardonnay grapes. To characterize it with Brancaia style, the liqueur d’exp\u00e9dition<\/em> is enriched by a few drops of our Il Bianco.<\/p>\n Our sparkling wine is named after Barbara Widmer’s daughter, Nina, who, as a child, loved to call sparkling wine bubbles “stars”.<\/p>\n Stella is ideal as an aperitif wine, but it is also perfect with fish crudit\u00e9s or vegetarian dishes.
