2009 vine year<\/h2>\n

The year 2009 was characterized by average temperatures and rainfall. As a result, the soil’s water reserves were able to replenish optimally.<\/p>\n

<\/p>\n

Thanks to the rather hot and dry summer, the potential for fungal diseases was so low that the number of treatments could be significantly reduced.<\/p>\n

From mid-August onwards, there were large fluctuations between day and night temperatures, a factor that was extremely helpful for the perfect ripening of the grapes. The grapes reached a perfect physiological ripeness, a good acid structure and great aromatic complexity.<\/p>\n
