Tasting note
Intense wine with ripe cherry and plum and earth character. Medium-bodied, with well-integrated tannins and a soft, mineral finish.
Perfect with
Grilled meat, roast or braised beef and veal, stewed dishes, grilled fish and pasta dishes with strong tasting sauces.
