Tasting note
Dark, intense red showing black cherry and black currant flavors, with touches of bittersweet chocolate, accented by tobacco and tea notes. Tight with a long finish.
Perfect with
Grilled meat, roast or braised beef and veal, stewed dishes, grilled fish and pasta dishes with strong tasting sauces.
