Rental prices

The rental prices include:

• water
• Gas and electricity
• firewood
• bed, bath and kitchen linen

Not included are:

• Tourist tax: EUR 2.00 per person (from 14 years) and day (only for the first 7 days)
• Crib: 50,00 EUR per week
• Dogs: 50,00 EUR per week

Cancellation conditions

In the event of withdrawal from the concluded rental agreement, the following regulation shall apply:

• up to 10 weeks before the start of the vacation:
  50,00 EUR handling fee
• 6 to 10 weeks before the start of the vacation:
  25% of the rental price
• 3 to 6 weeks before the start of the vacation:
  50% of the rental price
• 0 to 3 weeks before the start of the vacation:
  total rental price

We recommend that you make sure that you are covered by cancellation insurance, e.g. ETI-Schutzbrief (TCS).
