Tasting note

Shows cherry and chocolate character on the nose and palate. Medium to full body, soft tannins and a flavorful finish.

Perfect with

Grilled meat, roast or braised beef and veal, stewed dishes, grilled fish and pasta dishes with strong tasting sauces.
