Beschreibung
Harvested by hand and produced following the traditional method, Stella rests on the lees for at least 24 months before the dégorgement. An 85% Pinot Nero and 15% Chardonnay assemblage, the grapes come from the Oltrepò Pavese wine region. The Liqeur d'expédition is enriched with a few drops of Brancaia Il Bianco.
