Description

Brancaia IL BIANCO is a blend of Sauvignon Blanc with some Viognier, Gewürztraminer and Sémillon. It is a fresh white wine with a fruity bouquet. Not having accomplished the malolactic fermentation, this wine shows a fresh acidity.

Soils Castellina in Chianti: loamy; Radda in Chianti: medium textured with rocky skeleton; Maremma: sandy loamy, with two-thirds sand and one-third silt and clay.
Climate and microclimate Chianti: continental climate, with cold winters (temperatures below 0° C) and very hot summers. Maremma: mediterranean climate with very hot summers and very mild winters.
